Built for restaurants that do their own thing.
Online ordering, reservations, the waitlist, and the phone in one system, free. No monthly fee. No per-cover fees. No commission on orders.
Here's the problem
A restaurant buys its guest-facing software in four or five pieces: a delivery marketplace, an ordering page, a reservation book, something to answer the phone. The pieces that matter most take a cut of the same night's work, so a busy Saturday costs you more than a quiet Tuesday. Four vendors end up sitting between you and your guests, and every one of them gets paid for your success.
What bavoli is
One system for everything your guests touch: online ordering for pickup and delivery, QR ordering at the table, reservations, waitlists, menus, guest profiles, and a phone agent that answers when you cannot. bavoli is free: no monthly fee, no per-cover fees, every feature included. On orders bavoli charges a flat $1 for pickup and delivery and 0.5% on dine-in QR, your guest covers it at checkout by default, and the subtotal, tax, and tip land in your account. It does not replace your POS. It replaces the vendors sitting between you and your guests.
How we operate
No monthly fee. No per-cover fees. No invoice surprises.
Export it anytime. We'll never sell it, market against you with it, or hold it hostage.
If they do, that's a problem with our software rather than your team.
A note from the founder
I'm the founder of bavoli, based in the Bay Area. I built bavoli for restaurants that want to own their orders, their guest list, and their pricing instead of renting them back from four different vendors. You can always reach me at hello@bavoli.com. I read and respond to every email.
